Last night I REALLY turned 11...it was the first time we were able to make & eat my dessert- Grasshopper Pie! No, it doesn't have grasshoppers in it, it's just called that because of the green tint you give it with food coloring. I had this last year, and I think I'm going to have it next year too...it's SO delicious!!

Hi there! I'm so glad you were able to REALLY celebrate your birthday with that delicious grasshopper pie! I've had it before and it's truly yummy! Thanks for the email with the explanations about "Excelsior", but do read your emails 'cause I STILL have questions! We have to get a new camera because the LCD screen in ours busted. We're going to get a new one just like Auntie Em's - did you see how great those pics they took in London were?? Then I can start sending you pics of us and, most importantly, ZOEY! She is so absolutely adorable! She is so beautiful that Elanor and I say she could be a model in a cat fashion show! She talks to us! She's become quite talkative these days and sometimes almost so "lippy" that we have to chastise her and remind her of her manners! Isn't that funny? You see, Elanor and I are pretty cat-crazy - but especially with our darling desert cat (Zoey was from a pound in Las Vegas). I'll hopefully be able to send pics soon. Maybe I'll also send some pictures of Will and Elanor .... maybe. (hee hee!) Later, darling!
